Camera Care
Security Camera Cleaning, Up to 40 Feet
Camera Care · From $150 for up to 6 cameras · Up to 40 feet, from the ground.
Your camera is only as good as the glass in front of it. If your picture is blurry or hazy at night, there's a good chance it's just dirty.
Dust films over the lens. At night the infrared light bounces off that film and blooms into a white haze, hiding the very thing you put the camera there to watch.

What a Camera Care Visit Includes
- Lens cleaned with fresh microfiber and a solution made specifically for cameras that will not damage the lens or dome, leaves a streak-free finish and resists future dust.
- Camera housing and dome wiped down.
- Mounting arm and bracket cleared of webs, nests and debris.
- Infrared illuminator ring cleaned so night vision reads clean again.
- Surrounding eave, soffit or wall face cleared of webbing so it does not come back next week.
- A quick check on every camera. We'll tell you if one looks loose, sagging or aimed at the sky.

Common Questions
Why is my night footage hazy?
The infrared light bounces off dust or webs on the lens and blooms into a white haze. Cleaning usually fixes it.
Do second-story cameras cost more?
No. Anything under 40 feet is the same price.
Does a doorbell camera count?
Yes, as one camera.
How often should cameras be cleaned?
Most homes do well with a visit twice a year. Shaded or wooded lots may need one each quarter.
