High-Reach Cleaning for Small and Medium Businesses

Open-plan commercial space with exposed ductwork and high ceilings

High-reach dusting and camera cleaning for businesses · From $0.12/sq ft · $500 minimum · Free quote

No lift in your lobby. No scaffolding on your sales floor. No closing early.

Most commercial high-reach work means renting a scissor lift, blocking off part of the floor and doing it after hours at a premium.

For a twenty-foot ceiling or a row of parking lot cameras, that is a lot of machinery for a job that is mostly dust.

We do it from the ground, working around your customers and your stock. We leave without having moved a single display.

What it costs
High-reach vacuuming starts at $0.12 per square foot, measured on the floor beneath what we are cleaning, not the whole building. Ceiling height sets the rate, because height is what drives the work. Ceilings under 14 feet start at $0.12 per square foot. Taller ceilings are quoted at a higher rate.
Minimum $500 per visit.
Camera cleaning is $200 for the first ten cameras, and half price when it rides along with a high-reach vacuum visit at the same property.
Recurring service is available quarterly or twice a year.
Every commercial job is quoted before it is booked, so you get a firm number rather than a range.

Quarterly Keeps It From Coming Back

Webs rebuild in weeks and dust never stops. Most commercial clients settle into a quarterly or semi-annual visit.

It costs less per visit than calling us once a year when it is bad, and nobody ever has to notice it in the first place.

Common Questions

How is the price set?

By the square footage of floor under the area we clean, not the whole building. Ceilings under 14 feet start at $0.12 per square foot, taller ceilings are quoted at a higher rate, and every visit has a $500 minimum.

Do we have to close while you work?

No. There is no lift and no scaffolding. We work from the ground around your customers and your stock, and most jobs take a couple of hours and are scheduled around your business.

How high can you reach?

Up to 40 feet, with carbon fiber poles from the floor. We don't take on anything above 40 feet.

Do you clean parking lot and entry cameras?

Yes. Camera cleaning is $200 for the first 10 cameras and $10 each after that, and half price alongside a high-reach dusting visit.
