A ladder tall enough to reach a twenty-foot foyer ceiling is not a ladder most people want in their house, and it is not one most cleaners will bring.

So the top of the room quietly gets skipped, year after year, while everything below eye level gets cleaned every week.

We work from the floor with high-grade carbon fiber poles. No ladder against your stair rail, no boots on your roof, no scratched paint, and no risk handed to you if something goes wrong.

Twenty-Foot Ceilings and Up

The taller the room, the fewer people can service it.

Homes with twenty- to forty-foot great rooms, double-height entries or open stair towers usually get quoted a lift or a scaffold. That is expensive, disruptive, and a lot of equipment inside a finished house.

We reach the same heights with a pole and a drop cloth.

What it costs

Camera Care starts at $150. Ceiling Care starts at $200.

The House Call is both in one visit. It starts at $300 and costs $50 less than booking the two separately.

The final price depends on the size of the house and the number of cameras. You get it confirmed before any work starts.

Recurring visits are available quarterly or twice a year.

Listing Photos Show Everything

Wide-angle listing photos catch the ceiling. Cobwebs in the corner of a vaulted great room show up in every shot, and buyers read it as neglect whether it is or not.

We do pre-listing cleans on short notice.

Agents with multiple listings, call 404-476-7172 about a standing arrangement.

No Ladder Required.

Book online in about a minute. We will confirm your window the same day.
