Ceiling Care

High Ceiling Cleaning and High-Reach Dusting

Ceiling Care · From $200 · Up to 40 feet, from the ground

The parts of your ceiling you see every day and haven't touched in years.

Vaulted ceiling with exposed wooden beams high above the floor

What's Included

  • Cobwebs in corners, along beams and across high walls
  • Dust on ceiling fans, top and bottom of every blade (up to 6 fans)
  • Standard flush and semi-flush light fixtures
  • Air vents and return registers
  • High ledges, plant shelves and trim
  • Stairwells and two-story foyers, any height up to 40 feet

The Problem

Everything Above Ten Feet Gets Skipped

Regular cleaning stops where the ladder stops. Above that line, dust builds for years.

It gathers in the corners of a two-story foyer, along the top edge of a beam, on the upward-facing side of a fan blade, inside the bowl of a light fixture, across a return vent and on the ledge above the stairwell.

None of it is hard to clean. It is just hard to reach.

Vacuumed, Not Just Dusted

A duster knocks dust loose, and it settles back onto your furniture and floors. We use a HEPA-filtered vacuum on the end of the pole, so the dust and cobwebs are captured instead of stirred up into your home. Protective cloths go down in every work area before we start.

Common Questions

Do you bring a ladder?

No. Everything is done from the floor with carbon fiber poles that reach 40 feet.

How is the price set?

By the heated square footage of your home. You get the final price before any work starts.

Do I need to move furniture?

No. Protective cloths go down in every work area, and we work around your furniture.

Can you do my porch and eaves too?

Yes. Exterior eaves, soffits and porch ceilings are a $100 add-on to any visit.

Do you just dust?

No. We vacuum with a HEPA-filtered vacuum, so the dust and cobwebs are captured instead of knocked down onto everything below.

No Ladder Required.
